 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1763

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1763  on  page  1,
 3    line  18,  by  replacing  "The"  with  "While  the vehicle is
 4    transporting such a load, the"; and

 5    on page 1, by replacing lines 30 and 31 with  "farm  vehicles
 6    while  transporting  agricultural  products  to  or  from the
 7    original place of production.".
