 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1646

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1646 as follows:

 3    on  page  3,  line  33,  by  changing  "or  decrypting,"   to
 4    "decrypting,"; and

 5    on page 4, line 8, by deleting "for sale"; and

 6    on page 4, line 12, by inserting "protect" after "to"; and

 7    on page 5, line 5, by inserting "lease, use, or distribution"
 8    after "sale,"; and

 9    on  page  8,  line  3,  by  inserting  "or  recipient"  after
10    "purchaser"; and

11    on page 9, line 21, by deleting "not the jury,".
