1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1624
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1624 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following:
4 "Secretary of State, and shall receive a receipt for the
5 submission, which shall be carried in the affected vehicle at
6 all times. The Secretary of State shall make the information
7 regarding the certification, which exempts an individual from
8 paragraph (a) of this Section, available by electronic means
9 to any police officer enforcing paragraph (a) of this
10 Section. "Electronic means" includes, but is not limited to,
11 use of the Law Enforcement Agencies Data System (LEADS).".
