 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1622

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1622, on  page  1,
 3    by  replacing  line  28 with "connection to the water service
 4    after the approved backflow device  is  installed  under  the
 5    requirements  of the Illinois Plumbing Code and ending at the
 6    most"; and

 7    on page 2, by deleting lines 15 through 17; and

 8    on page 5, line 8, by replacing "A separate license shall  be
 9    issued to" with "No license is required for"; and

10    on  page  5,  by replacing lines 13 through 16 with "level.";
11    and

12    on page 7, line 1, by replacing "point of service" with "fire
13    sprinkler system connection to the water service".
