1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1583
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1583, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 1, line 21, after "person", by inserting "on
5 active duty"; and
6 on page 2, line 12, by changing "60" to "30"; and
7 on page 2, by replacing lines 16 through 18 with the
8 following:
9 "(d) For purposes of this Section, the term "active
10 duty" means: (i) when used in reference to the Illinois
11 National Guard, a period of active duty in excess of 30"; and
12 on page 2, by replacing lines 22 through 24 with the
13 following:
14 "of this State; and (ii) when used in reference to federal
15 military personnel, the same thing as "military service" as
16 defined in".
