 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1264

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1264, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment  No.  1,  on  page 3, in line 14 by inserting after
 5    "Department" the following:
 6    "within one year after the effective date of this Act".
