 1        AN ACT respecting education.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  School  Code  is  amended  by changing
 5    Section 2-3.25j as follows:

 6        (105 ILCS 5/2-3.25j) (from Ch. 122, par. 2-3.25j)
 7        Sec.  2-3.25j.   Implementation.  Commencing   with   the
 8    1992-93  school  year and thereafter the provisions of Public
 9    Act 87-559 this amendatory Act and any  rules  adopted  under
10    Public  Act  87-559  hereunder  shall  be  implemented  on  a
11    schedule  identified  by  the  State  Board  of Education and
12    incorporated as an integral part of the  recognition  process
13    of  the  State  Board  of  Education.  The provisions of this
14    Section and the authority of the State Board of Education  to
15    adopt  rules  as  provided in this Section are subject to the
16    provisions of Section 2-3.25k.
