 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1171

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1171, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 35, by replacing lines 19 through 25
 5    with the following:
 6    "watershed planning councils throughout the planning process,
 7    and shall be to coordinate the 6 watershed plans as developed
 8    and  to  coordinate  the  planning process with the adjoining
 9    counties to ensure that recommended stormwater projects  will
10    have  no significant adverse impact on the levels or flows of
11    stormwater in the inter-county watershed or on  the  capacity
12    of  existing  and  planned  stormwater  retention facilities.
