 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1095

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1095, on  page  1,
 3    below line 23, by inserting the following:

 4    "(c)  A  live  child born as a result of an abortion shall be
 5    fully recognized as a human  person  and  accorded  immediate
 6    protection under the law.".
