 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1065

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1065, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 19 through  21
 5    with the following:

 6    "statement  printed  in  bold  type: "Warning: Entering false
 7    information  on  an  application  for   a   Firearm   Owner's
 8    Identification  Card  is  punishable  as  a Class 2 felony in
 9    accordance with subsection (d-5) of Section 14 of the Firearm
10    Owners Identification  Card  Act.  False  statements  of  the
11    applicant   shall   result  in  prosecution  for  perjury  in
12    accordance  with  Section  32-2  of  the  Criminal  Code   of
13    1961.".".
