 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1048

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1048  on  page  1,
 3    line 31, after the period, by inserting the following:
 4    "The  notice  required  under  this  paragraph must include a
 5    statement that public access to the Internet is available  at
 6    public  libraries.   Any notice required under this paragraph
 7    is in addition  to  any  other  notice  required  under  this
 8    subsection (b).".
