 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1047

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1047 on page 1, by
 3    replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following:
 4    "Council shall be and is hereby formed as a  permanent  body.
 5    Members  shall  serve at the pleasure of the Attorney General
 6    or for such terms as the Attorney General may  designate  for
 7    a".
