 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1019  on  page  1,
 3    line 9 by changing "may" to "shall may"; and

 4    on page 1, line 10 by inserting "total" after "the"; and

 5    on  page  1,  line  13  by  changing  "mail  the" to "provide
 6    written".
