 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 921

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 921 on page 1,  in
 3    line 22, by replacing "The" with the following:
 4    "Except  for  bids on contracts under the jurisdiction of the
 5    Capital Development  Board  or  the  Illinois  Department  of
 6    Transportation, the".
