 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 900

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 900 as follows:
 3    on page 1, line 7, after "follows", by inserting ":"; and

 4    on page 1, by deleting line 8; and

 5    on page 1, line  26,  after  "The",  by  inserting  "sale  or
 6    exchange  of the real property described in Section 5 of this
 7    Act shall be made in full compliance with the State  Property
 8    Control Act, provided that the"; and

 9    on  page  2,  line  25,  after "Assembly", by inserting "with
10    respect to depositing the  net  proceeds  from  the  sale  or
11    exchange  of  the  property as provided in Section 10 of this
12    amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly".
