 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 880 as follows:

 3    on  page  2,  line  4,  after  "establishing",  by  inserting
 4    "reasonable"; and

 5    on page 2, line 4, after "fees", by inserting "reflecting the
 6    direct and indirect cost of"; and

 7    on page 2, line 4, by deleting "for".
