 1        AN ACT to repeal the Non-Resident Contractor Bond Act.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        (815 ILCS 660/Act rep.)
 5        Section  5.   The  Non-Resident  Contractor  Bond  Act is
 6    repealed.
