 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 796

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 796  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section 5.  The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 3200 as follows:

 6        (820 ILCS 405/3200) (from Ch. 48, par. 820)
 7        Sec.  3200.   Title  of act. This Act may be cited as the
 8    Unemployment Insurance Act.   Whenever the term "unemployment
 9    compensation"  appears  in  this  Act  it  means  shall  mean
10    "unemployment insurance".
