 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 725

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 725  on  page  93,
 3    line 11 by replacing "(Blank);" with the following:
 4    "Must  end  with  the  letters  "NFP"  if  the corporate name
 5    contains any word or phrase which indicates or  implies  that
 6    the  corporation  is  organized  for any purpose other than a
 7    purpose for which corporations may be  organized  under  this
 8    Act  or  a  purpose  other  than  a  purpose set forth in the
 9    corporation's articles of incorporation;".
