1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $61,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for the purpose of
7 increasing to $14.26 per hour the rate paid by the Department
8 to vendors for homemaker and chore housekeeper services under
9 the Department's Community Care Program.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
