 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 681

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 681, on page 1, by
 3    replacing line 25 with the following:
 4    "activity.  Nothing in  this  Section  may  be  construed  to
 5    authorize  a  county  board  to  modify  or  amend  the  fees
 6    established for the Clerk of the Circuit Court as provided in
 7    the Clerks of Courts Act.".
