 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 6, lines 20  and  21,  by  replacing  "in  the
 5    amount of" with ", which shall not exceed"; and

 6    on page 6, line 21, after "school", by inserting ",".
