 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 575

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 575 as follows:
 3    on page 17, by replacing line 25 with the following:
 4    "maintain and enforce written procedures to"; and

 5    on page 18, line 15, before the semi-colon, by inserting  "in
 6    a similar manner"; and

 7    on page 20, by replacing line 22 with the following:
 8    "corporation, limited liability company, or limited liability
 9    partnership with the Secretary of State;".
