 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 493 as follows:

 3    on page 1, lines 19 and 20, by replacing  "cell from whatever
 4    source" with "somatic cell"; and

 5    on page 15, line 9, by replacing "cell from whatever  source"
 6    with "somatic cell".
