 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 417

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  417  on  page  2,
 3    line 1, by replacing "10th" with "15th"; and

 4    on page 2, line 12, by replacing "10th" with "15th"; and

 5    on  page 5, by inserting the following immediately after line
 6    29:
 7        "Section 99.  Effective  date.   This  Act  takes  effect
 8    January 1, 2003.".
