 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 405

 2        AMENDMENT NO. _______.  Amend Senate Bill 405, on page 3,
 3    by replacing lines 3, 4, and 5 with the following:
 4        "(9)  the  procedure  for  requesting  refunds  and,   if
 5    provided   for   in   the   marketing   program,   reasonable
 6    reimbursement of collection agencies' expenses"; and

 7    on page 11, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
 8    "entitled  to  a full and prompt refund.  The refund shall be
 9    made in a manner".
