 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 372

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 372 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing  line  5 with "by adding Section 9.10 as follows:";
 4    and

 5    on page 1, by deleting lines 6 through 31; and

 6    on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 34; and

 7    on page 3, by deleting lines 1 through 34; and

 8    on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 33; and

 9    on page 8, after line 26, by inserting the following:
10        "(e)  This Section shall apply only to  those  electrical
11    generating  units  that  are  subject  to  the  provisions of
12    Subpart  W  of  Part  217  of  Title  35  of   the   Illinois
13    Administrative Code, as promulgated by the Illinois Pollution
14    Control Board on December 21, 2000.".
