 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 273

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 273 as follows:
 3    on page 1, line 10, after "collision.", by inserting "For the
 4    purposes of this Code, a bumper also  includes  a  device  or
 5    system  of  devices similar in design to those with which new
 6    motor vehicles are equipped."; and

 7    on page 1, by deleting lines 12 through 30; and

 8    by deleting pages 2 and 3.
