 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 250

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 250 on page 3,  by
 3    replacing lines 6  through 8 with the following:

 4    "of  an  account  to  the  beneficiary  (or  other person, as
 5    provided). This presumption shall apply  to  the  mailing  or
 6    delivery  of  an account by electronic means or the provision
 7    of access to an account by electronic means so  long  as  the
 8    beneficiary has agreed to receive such electronic delivery or
 9    access.".
