 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 184

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  184  on  page  2,
 3    line   21,   by   replacing   "other  products"  with  "other
 4    alternative fuels made with corn-based products"; and

 5    on page 2, lines 22 and 23,  by  replacing  "other  products"
 6    with "other alternative fuels made with corn-based products";
 7    and

 8    on  page  3,  line  18,  immediately  after  the  period,  by
 9    inserting  "Total  payments,  in  any event, shall not exceed
10    more than $6,000,000 per fiscal year.".
