 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 175

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 175 as follows:

 3    on page 4, by replacing line 3 with the following:
 4    "violence, or the person battered is within  500  feet  while
 5    going to or from such a building or other".
