 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 165

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 165 as follows:

 3    on page 2,  line 12, by inserting  "registered  pharmacists,"
 4    after "surgeons,"; and

 5    on page 2, by inserting after line 20, the following:
 6        "(g)  The  Department  of  Public  Aid may adopt rules to
 7    implement this Section.
 8        (h)  This  Section  is  repealed  10  years   after   the
 9    effective  date  of  this  amendatory Act of the 92nd General
10    Assembly.".
