 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 161

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 161 after the  end
 3    of Section 5, by inserting the following:

 4        "Section  99. Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 5    becoming law.".
