 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 133

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 133 as follows:

 3    on  page  1,  line  24,  by  inserting   ",if   any,"   after
 4    "managers"; and

 5    on page 2, by replacing lines 4 through 8 with the following:

 6    "Service  Corporation  Act  of physcians licensed to practice
 7    medicine in all its branches; or
 8        (D)  the  member  or  members  are  a   medical   limited
 9    liability company or companies.".
