 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 116

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  116  on  page  2,
 3    line 15, by replacing "positive" with "nonaversive"; and

 4    on  page  2,  by  replacing  lines  19  through  21  with the
 5    following:
 6    "this Section for which they are appropriately trained.".
