 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 113

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 113 as follows:

 3    on page 2, line 27, after the period, by inserting  "However,
 4    if  the  General  Assembly  does  not  appropriate the moneys
 5    necessary to reimburse  the  schools  for  the  cost  of  the
 6    fingerprinting  fees  required  by this amendatory Act of the
 7    92nd General Assembly, those bus drivers are not required  to
 8    undergo fingerprinting.".
