6 on page 2, immediately below line 12, by inserting the
7 following:
8 "(E) $60,000 and over; and"; and
9 on page 3, line 26, by deleting "or"; and
10 on page 3, line 27, by replacing "and over." with "to
11 $59,999.99; or"; and
12 on page 3, immediately below line 27, by inserting the
13 following:
14 "(E) $60,000 and over.".
