 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 95

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 95 on page 1, line
 3    31, by replacing "parcels." with "parcels if the  purpose  of
 4    the   consolidation   or   resubdivision   is   to   bring  a
 5    non-conforming parcel  into  conformance  with  local  zoning
 6    requirements.".
