 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 32

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 32, AS AMENDED, in
 3    Section 5, Sec. 11, by deleting the sentence  beginning  "The
 4    competitive bidding requirements of this Section"; and

 5    in  Section  15,  Sec. 14, by deleting the sentence beginning
 6    "The competitive bidding requirements of this Section"; and

 7    in Section 20, Sec. 11.3, by deleting the sentence  beginning
 8    "The competitive bidding requirements of this Section".
