 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 24

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 24 on page  3,  by
 3    replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:
 4    "this subsection (b). If both of the parties to a prospective
 5    marriage  are  under  18  years of age and unemancipated, one
 6    parent or legal guardian of each party shall also execute the
 7    pre-marital education affidavit. If one of the parties  to  a
 8    prospective   marriage   is   under   18  years  of  age  and
 9    unemancipated, one parent or legal guardian of the party  who
10    is  under  18 years of age shall also execute the pre-marital
11    education affidavit.".
