 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 16

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  16  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.  The  Code  of Civil Procedure is amended by
 5    changing the heading of Part 20 of Article VIII as follows:

 6        (735 ILCS 5/Art. 8, Part 20 heading)
 7              Part 20. Inspection of Hospital Records".
