 1        AN ACT concerning telecommunications.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  Public  Utilities  Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 13-201 as follows:

 6        (220 ILCS 5/13-201) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 13-201)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2001)
 8        Sec.  13-201.  Definitions.   Unless otherwise specified,
 9    the terms set  forth  in  the  following  Sections  preceding
10    Section  13-301  of  this  Article  are  used in this Act and
11    Article as herein defined.
