 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS,  The  members   of   the   Illinois   House   of
 3    Representatives  extend  a  warm  and  hearty  welcome to Ivy
 4    Elizabeth Zickus, who came into this world  on  December  11,
 5    2002,  at 11:47 AM, weighing in at 7 pounds and 11 ounces and
 6    being 20 inches in length; and

 7        WHEREAS, The joy of her arrival was shared by the members
 8    of her family, including her proud  parents,  Charles  Joseph
 9    Zickus  III,  DVM,  MS  and  Candee  Joy  Zickus, her brother
10    Charles "Chaz" Joseph Zickus II, her grandparents, Charles J.
11    Zickus, Jr. and State Representative  Anne  Zickus  and  B.L.
12    Brooks, Jr. and Deborah S. Brooks; and

13        WHEREAS, Ivy Elizabeth Zickus was also welcomed into this
14    world  by her aunt Kathleen Martens, uncle Chad and aunt Jill
15    Brooks, and uncle Joel and aunt Terrie Brooks;  her  cousins,
16    Matthew  and  Samantha  Martens  and  Addie Brooks; her great
17    aunts and uncles, Joan Greenhoff, Nancy and Michael Cummings,
18    Gail Carlson and in spirit, the  late  Adrienne  Warneke  and
19    William  Zickus; her great grandmother, Louise Strickland and
20    in spirit, her great grandparents, the late  Sid  Strickland,
21    B.L. Brooks, Sr. and Betty Brooks, Charles J. Zickus, Sr. and
22    Eleanor  Zickus,  and  the  late William and Julia Greenhoff;
23    therefore, be it

24        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES   OF   THE
25    NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
26    we congratulate Ivy Elizabeth Zickus on her birthday and wish
27    her good health and happiness throughout her lifetime; and be
28    it further

29        RESOLVED,  That  a  suitable  copy  of this resolution be
30    presented to Ivy Elizabeth Zickus.
