 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Resolution 200  on  page
 3    2, line 27, after "supplies", by inserting the following:

 4    "and  the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency assess the
 5    impact on water quality"; and

 6    on page 2, line 32,  after  "Resources,",  by  inserting  the
 7    following:

 8    "the Director of the Environmental Protection Agency,".
