 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Joint Resolution  63  as
 3    follows:

 4    on page 3, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:
 5    "his  or  her  designee; the Minority Spokesman of the Senate
 6    Agriculture Committee or his or her designee; the Chairman of
 7    the House Agriculture Committee or his or her  designee;  the
 8    Minority  Spokesman of the House Agriculture Committee or his
 9    or her designee; one individual farmer".
