 1               AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 46

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Joint Resolution 46,  AS
 3    AMENDED,  with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 4, below line 27, by  inserting  the
 5    following:

 6        "RESOLVED,   That   the  Legislative  Advisory  Committee
 7    established by this resolution is  the  same  committee  that
 8    would  be  established  under  Section  13.50  of  the  Early
 9    Intervention  Services  System  Act, pending the enactment of
10    Senate Bill 461 of the  92nd  General  Assembly;  and  be  it
11    further".
