1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 3
2 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
3 NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
4 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene
5 in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 31, 2001 at the hour
6 of 12:00 o'clock noon, for the purpose of hearing his
7 Excellency Governor George Ryan present to the General
8 Assembly his Report on the Condition of the State, required
9 by Article V, Section 13, of the Constitution of the State of
10 Illinois.
