1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the
6 Supreme Court to pay the ordinary and contingent expenses of
7 certain officers of the court system of Illinois as follows:

12 the contingent expenses of the Illinois Courts Commission.
13 Section 35. The sum of $9,358,800, or so much thereof as
14 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Mandatory
15 Arbitration Fund to the Supreme Court for Mandatory
16 Arbitration Programs.
17 Section 40. The sum of $112,300, or so much thereof as
18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Foreign Language
19 Interpreter Fund to the Supreme Court for the Foreign
20 Language Interpreter Program.
21 Section 45. The sum of $700,000, or so much thereof as
22 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Lawyers'
23 Assistance Program Fund to the Supreme Court for lawyers'
24 assistance programs.
25 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
26 1, 2002.
