 1        AN ACT concerning health insurance.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The Children's Health Insurance Program Act
 5    is amended by changing Section 97 as follows:

 6        (215 ILCS 106/97)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2002)
 8        Sec. 97.  Repealer.  This Act is repealed on July 1, 2004
 9    2002.

11        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
12    becoming law.
