 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5920

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  5920  on  page  1,
 3    line 10, after "July 1, 2004.", by inserting "Nothing in this
 4    Section,  however,  prohibits a facility from requesting, nor
 5    the Department from conducting, an interim inspection of care
 6    if the  facility  meets  the  requirements  outlined  in  the
 7    Department's rules in effect on November 15, 2001.".
